About | Andy Lehmkuhl, President of Edge

Born in Rhinelander, WI and growing up in Oconto Falls, WI; Andy always had an interest and concern for medical/dental care in some of Wisconsin’s smaller communities.  One of his first jobs after college was with a 3rd party dental administrator that focused on developing dental networks in several states with extremely high rural populations (Wisconsin, Minnesota, New York, Tennessee) that needed dental care on an underserved Medicaid population.

After this, Andy joined Wisconsin’s largest dental group and worked as the Director of Professional Relations for 8 years developing key relationships with multiple individuals in the dental community, including (Dentists, Dental School staff, Residency Directors, Dental Associations, Supply/Vendor Reps).  Developing and maintaining these relationships was the key to Edge Dental Recruiting and Consulting.

Andy relocated from Milwaukee to Eau Claire, Wisconsin to form Edge Dental Recruiting and Consulting.  Andy is married to his wife (Jessica), has a girl (Emerson), a boy (Wesley) and a German Shorthaired Pointer (Katie).  In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, carpentry, sports, spending time with his family and traveling.
