Edge Dental can help find associates for all of the following models:

  1. Sole Practitioner: Generally a sole practitioner is looking at adding the associate to eventually purchase the practice, looking to sell the practice immediately, or looking at adding an associate to help with the surplus of patients.  The majority of the time, ownership will follow in this model.

  2. Group Practice, Single Location:  Two or more dentists in a single location that need to add an additional associate.  One of the current associates is retiring, there are a surplus of patients, or the future retirement plans of a current associate need to be addressed. The majority of the time, ownership will follow in this model.

  3. Group Practice, Multiple Locations: In this model, in many cases there will be between 1 and 20 dentists at each location, generally operated by a single entity.  One of the current associates is retiring, there are a surplus of patients, or the future retirement plans of a current associate need to be addressed.  The majority of the time, ownership will not follow in this model.

  4. Distress Situation:  An unexpected situation has caused the current associate to not be able to perform his daily clinical duties.  Either a sale is in the future or an immediate replacement is in need.
